If you have a Birthday calendar in iCal on your Mac, you can choose to Sync it with your iPhone using iTunes. That will then put all the information from your Birthday calendar onto iCal on your iPhone.

    Cheers

If you put birthdays in the Contacts app (use "Add Field") a Birthday calendar will appear in the Calendar app.

There is also a way to sync all of your Facebook friends' birthdays to iCal and in doing so all of you iOS devices.

This is very easy and saved me a lot of work in adding Birthdays to my contatcs

No, you are on an Apple iPhone forum. The iPhone is made by Apple but is compatible with Mac & Windows. I think you will find that there are more Windows solutions here than Mac solutions. Nice attitude you have. Might be nicer to try and help instead of gloat.

Is there a way to add a birthday for non-contacts?  I have nieces and nephews birthdays I would like to put on the calendar.

I use Office Outlook. It allows me to put birthdays on the calendar without having to have anything on the contacts. My grandkids are not in my contact list, but I have their birthdays in my calendar on both the iPhone and in Outlook. I sync Outlook to the iPhone.

Thank you!  I will try that route.
