AppleMobleBackup Error ?

For the past 2 weeks now I can not back up my iPhone4 with iTunes. It updates apps and installs them however fails when it attempts to create the backup. I also sync with an iPad on the same machine without any issues.

The console log is as follows:

2/9/11 8:47:20 AM AppleMobileBackup[11975] ERROR: Backup message response: 104 Error uploading files to snapshot (com.apple.MobileBackup.ErrorDomain/104). Underlying error: Multi status (com.apple.MobileBackup.ErrorDomain/2).

Update. I just tried to sync on another mac, and got the same error so it has nothing to do with the Mac it self.

Could it be that with 392 applications that there is an indexing problem in the backup file itself? I noticed that when I deleted the backup (as suggested in another post), that it deleted some 12,000 files.

Never got this fixed and never got a reply from Apple other than to reformat the phone.

I'm having the same problem. Same log file info. Nothing's worked so far to fix this. It only started happening a few days ago.

Having same issue with an original iPhone.

Have been getting "iTunes was unable to load class information from Sync Services. Reconnect or try again later" for over a week. Sync seems to occur, but received notices that backup failed.

I restored the iPhone, but still get the same results. ...and I lost all my photo's :-(

Have you tried making an appointment at the Genius Bar at a local Apple Store? Maybe an Apple Store employee can help you to fix the problem that you are having with your iPhone. Good Luck! I hope you are able to get it back to working properly soon.
