Iphone Bluetooth 2009 GMC Acadia

The phone pairs fine.

Cannot pick up a call via the steering wheel, the audio goes back to the iphone. I cannot INITIATE calls from the steering wheel controls.... It appears if I make the call on the iphone it then goes to the dashboard.

I can INTERMITTENTLY pick up incoming calls from the steering wheel.

Any advice.

your going to have to wait for a update from either apple or your car manufacturer bluetooth has been real iffy on the iPhone 4 since launch

I can WORK around it now... call made on the phone then it goes to the bluetooth... but its a hassle.

I'm having the exact same issues on a 2009 GMC Sierra pickup. Very frustrating - my original iPhone on AT&T worked perfectly with this truck.

I am now having a problem getting the bluetooth to pair with my iphone 3G. It worked for two years also with my 2009 Acadia. The dealer nor Apple has been helpful. Anything been helpful for you?

I'm having the same problem with my 2009 Acadia. When I make the call from the steering wheel, it drops the bluetooth connection after 2-5 seconds about half the time. Other times it works perfectly. I just received an new iphone 4 replacement from Verizon and the problem persists. Works fine with my old Droid I and my wife's Motorola flip phone so it must be a compatability issue between GMC bluetooth and the Iphone.
