Back to the ugly Yellow Hue .... Great

its supposed to look sharp and bright if you have a yellowish tint take it into a apple store for replacement

I have both an AT&T iPhone and a VZW iPhone here in front of me. Screens looks virtually identical. I suspect Apple has more than one screen manufacturer, and each will produce screens that look slightly different, but if you believe there's something wrong with yours, the Genius Bar is your best bet.

I've got both phones too. However, I wish I could say the same as you.

The Verizon display is noticeably less bright than the AT&T phone. You
put them side to side and there's definitely a yellow hue to the display,
particularly when there's lots of white, as in photo album menus. I wouldn't
call it stale, but it's getting there.

Is it a dealbreaker? I dunno. I may want to swap it out, but right now,
it's not too annoying. I just have to stop comparing it to my GSM phone I guess.

I have both ATT and Verizon Iphone's and have compared them side by side. In my case, the displays are virtually identical. I see no yellow hue on the Verizon phone. I would consider returning it if the yellow hue is significant.

When the iPhone 4 for ATT was released, they had this same problem. Apple stated that the issue was with the adhesive used to bond the touchpanel and the LCD screen together. They said that they were making them so fast, the adhesive didnt have time to fully cure. It was suggested that the users either return the phones, or wait a week or more and let the curing complete and the yellowing would go away. I never personally saw any iPhones affected by this, but I havent heard much after that. Seems the suggestion from Apple may have been correct.
