Q: QT metadata mapping issues

I'm having trouble with what seems like a very basic function and I'm completely at a loss: when scanning and cataloging quicktime files (.mov), some metadata does not appear in the mapped fields.

Details:
Specific concern is keywords or subject fields from XMP core (not QT annotations).
Data was added in Bridge; the same XMP fields map properly for all image formats.
Data is readable in Bridge file info pane on other computers, same as working image formats.
QT files are self-contained and independent of FCP projects.
Data does not show up when using Search Devices.
Using standard metadata maps for these fields.
Tried both standard Media metadata set and a custom video set.
Everything else about the quicktime file scan / import works without issue.

Happy to provide more information in needed. Fairly new to FCSvr, so I may be missing something obvious...

Thanks for your help.

Mac OS X (10.6.6), FCSvr 1.5

I was able to confirm (via EXIFTOOL) that the data is indeed there. The images (which are working) and the quicktime videos (which are not) both have their keyword data in the same tags - XMP-dc Subject.

There do appear to be duplicate/multiple tags in the video files which the image files are missing. Does this help???

It seems that the XMP fields not showing up in the Search Devices > Get Info panel is key to the problem...
