repeat every weekday?
Is there a way to set a reminder to repeat every workday (m-f) and exclude sat & sun?

In my iCal if you choose Repeat --> Custom --->Weekly and choose the days, you will have what you are after. You could then specify an end date for these daily reminders, if you wish.
