Error code -36 ?

I'm getting an error
"Finder got an error: The operation can’t be completed." number -36

I found this documentation of error codes:
http://developer.apple.com/library/mac/#documentation/AppleScript/Conceptual/App leScriptLangGuide/reference/ASLRerror_codes.html#//appleref/doc/uid/TP40000983-CH220-SW5

Which has -34, -35, -37, -38,... but no -36!

Anybody have any ideas?

macbook pro, Mac OS X (10.6.5)
