Pages flyer with pull (tear off) tabs shortcut please?

Hi. I frequently make flyers in Pages which have the pull tabs or tear off tabs at the bottom.
Changing each individual tab is painstakingly slow and tedious. I am sure there has to be a shortcut to change one and apply that to all, but I haven't found it yet. Can someone please enlighten me?
Thanks so much in advance for the extra time you'll give me in my life.

1. Delete all but the first text box, change that then +option shift command drag+ that sideways to each alternate position.

or

2. Put a short unique text in place in the tag and do a find and replace on it.

or

3. Use a merge from a Numbers or Address Book entry. In the case of the Address Book drag the VCard or VCard group onto the pages document.

Sweet! I like the first one the best. That's a neat trick. I tried the find and replace and it isn't quite as easy, but I'll practice. Thank you so much.
