iPad will not be recognized by computer?

Hey how are you doing today? Alright, so I've had 0 problems with my ipad, but now it will not be recognized by my computer. My iTouch and 5th generation ipod both work fine and still connect. I'm running itunes 10.2. I have no idea what to do anymore. Help please?

When it's connected I get the "Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)" Error. Also in the device manager, it has a caution sign. I tried to update it and it said that unknown drive was already up to date.

Things I've tried:

Different cables
Different computer (With different version of itunes)
Tried a cold computer
Tried a factory restart and nothing.
Checked device manager and came across no problems.

Windows 7

hey up,

I have absolutely the same problem. iPad was working perfectly and all of the sudden - it is not being recognized by any computer (Mac OS or Windows based). I cannot even charge it 😟

I was told, that they will replace it pcs for pcs. Unfortunately - I live in Saudi Arabia so I am waiting for some official approval from apple to replace my one. I am just worried about all the purchased SW. I cannot transfer it to any computer.

Hope to get our problem resolved very soon!
cheers
