Q: Adding codecs to FCS

Hi, we are trying to implement FCS into my work. We want to find a good MPEG conversion which is compatible with Powerpoint but also good quality. Our Video department currently use other software to convert to MPEG as they say the codec in Compressor and FC is not very good.

Is there a way to import other codecs into FCS?
