Is it possible, thru ARD, to work in FCS as if on Mac Pro from MacBook Pro?

Hi, is it possible through Apple Remote Desktop to sit on the couch w/ MacBook Pro but be working as if I was on the Mac Pro (FCP, Motion, Shake, Photoshop) that is on same network?

I want to have the power of Mac Pro while sitting comfortably on the couch and not sit at the desk the Mac Pro is on.

Thank you in advance.

Yes. But if you have 10.5 or higher on both machines, why not just use the Screen Sharing application? If you only need to remotely control the Mac Pro, then ARD is overkill. Look in /System/Library/CoreServices for Screen Sharing.app. Make sure that either Screen Sharing or Remote Management is enabled in System Preferences > Sharing.

Hope this helps. Oh, Bonjour negotiation in 10.6 is slooooow. Use IP or DNS to connect to your Mac Pro for faster authentication prompt.
