I have owned my macbook pro for sometime now and there has yet to be a battery related issue with it. However, recently the charging light on the charger turns off, and this happens without me ever touching the charger. My computers set up is as follows:

Connected to monitor with mini display to DVI
Charger connected
External apple keyboard with Microsoft wireless mouse

Again, this is recent but it's happening more frequently. Its also happened on different chargers and on different outlets, so the problem shouldn't be caused by my chargers or my power sources.

Should i call apple and ask for a replacement? There is no apple store near me, so my only option for replacement is to send it in.

Does anyone have a solution for this other than sending it in?

Thanks for helping me out!
