Apple MIDI Manager and Patchbay

I'm trying to edit sounds on a Yamaha synthesizer for which the only editor runs on OS 9. I've revived some of my old hardware, but the editor also expects to use Apple MIDI Manager and Patchbay. I don't have these on any of my old Macs or installation disks. Any idea where I would look for these programs? Were they on the OS install disks and I'm just looking in the wrong place? Thanks for any tips...
