In the Mac App Store on your computer, Pages shows up as installed because you have Pages on your computer. It won't show up in your iPad apps unless you buy the iOS version from the App Store.

It does not show you any of the apps you've purchased for your iOS devices. The only way you can see what you've purchased for your iPad and iPod is via iTunes, or the App Store app on those devices.
