Amavis + Mailman - BAD HEADER duplicates

Since migrating all my mailman and mail services over to 10.6, I've noticed this issue popping up a ton with emails sent via mailman and being replied to. The replies coming in are tagged for double MIME fields and are immidiately sent to quarantine despite negative spam values.

X-Amavis-Alert: BAD HEADER SECTION Duplicate header field: "MIME-Version"

Is there a way to basically shut this off, as we're not receiving any SPAM with this problem and is sending tons of legit mail to quarantine...

Multiple - MacPro/MacBook Air/Xserve, Mac OS X (10.5.6)
