Verizon Iphone Voicemail Setup

I set up my iphone today and when I'm prompted to set up voicemail, it gives me the option of setting a personal greeting or standard greeting. I selected personal greeting, but now I want to switch to a standard greeting, but it won't let me. Does anyone know how to do this?

DKUSAB1,

If you have subscribed to the visual voicemail then hit voicemail on your phone and in the top left hit greeting, you can change it there.

If not, hold down 1 until the phone calls your VM box and it will prompt you to change your settings.
