How do you share a picture of text messages, etc., on your iPhone?

It isn't easy figuring out how to write this question. I've seen pictures uploaded on yFrog, etc., of text messages and other things as they appear on one's iPhone. How is this done?

Press the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously. That will take a picture of the screen and store it in the Camera Roll in the Photos app. You can share it from there.
