Hi, have purchased, aperture through the app store, can anybody tell me where it stores the program files as i can see it listed in my applications folder. also if i ever want to uninstall it how do i do it.

Mac Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.6)

Well the software is in your Applications Folder, do you mean the Library? That will be in your Pictures Folder and will be created the first time you open Aperture.

Aperture has a significant learning curve. Have a look at the tutorials. There's also an Aperture forum.

also if i ever want to uninstall it how do i do it.

Like anything else: drag ir from the Apps folder to the trash.

thanks for getting back to me, sorry i may have not explained myself correctly, the aperture that i have downloaded from the app store, is not showing up in the applications folder, it is installed and is working ok,

Control-click its Dock icon and choose Show in Finder.
