Error message

I'm having a problem that I hope somebody else has had, and can help me with. I have just finished a short trailer, and at the beginning of the trailer I had a motion title as a lower third, but was not happy with the way it looked. So rather that just reopening it in editor, and redoing it. I deleated it, and decided to start over(I know my mistake.) Now when I try to redo it, and send it back to FCP I keep getting an error message box. I have also tried to do it with other random clips in my project, but I get the same error warning. Can somebody please help.
