Didnt back up my iphone

Iv had my iphone for about a yr or two and ive backed it up a few times but not recently, my phone was having problems so i was going to take it into the apple store, well my mom tried to back up my phone and now i have my old contacts and thats basically it on my phone, i got all my pictures on my comp...
Is there ANY WAY to get all my other stuff such as notes, new contacts, apps ect back on my iphone??
