Safari loads all bookmarks on startup..

I had a crash yesterday and ever since Safari is loading all my 182 bookmarks when starting. This is 5.0.3.

I have tried the reset option, didn't help. How can I fix this?

iMac 24", Mac OS X (10.6.5), Iphone 4, iPad 3G

Hi

If you can actually use Safari, the Safari-Preferences-General-New Windows open with... has likely been changed

If you can't reach that, or it doesn't help - make sure Safari is closed, then drag this file
Home/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Safari.plist
to the desktop.

It will rest your preferences to default.
