Voice memo app.

I'm having trouble with my voice memo app, whilst I'm out running and have my phones ipod on the voice app will cut in for a few seconds before the ipod comes back on, this has only just started to happen and now happens every time I'm out running listening to the ipod.

Any ides of how to stop this?
