Syncing two iPhones to one PC

I have an iPhone 3GS that I've been syncing to my iTunes account on my PC. I also have the original iPhone that is no longer a telephone but I'd like to sync it to my iTunes account to use for my music. Can I sync the old phone without screwing up the new one?

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.5.8)

Yes. You can sync as many devices as you want to the same iTunes account. iTunes will keep everything straight, by device, upon subsequent syncs. You can have the same content on each device or different content, the choice is yours.

HELP

My husband plugged his phone into my PC to try to synch Itunes and he got all of the my contacts and my IPAD aps and desktop.

How do I undo his last synch and not lose his orginal contacts?
Or delete mine on his phone with out losing my data?

If he normally sync to his computer, then all of his info should be on his computer. He can just sync to his computer.
