My iPad does not work

After I have press setting - general - reset, my iPad shun down automatically and show the logo of apple.

I have try to press sleeping mode together with home button at the same time for ten seconds, it can switched off. When I press the home button or the sleeping mode button, the logo of apple appear again. Nothing more thereafter.

I have try to linkup with itunes. However, my computer cannot get the device.

How can I restart my iPad, thanks
