My iPad does not work

After I have press setting - general - reset, my iPad shun down automatically and show the logo of apple.

I have try to press sleeping mode together with home button at the same time for ten seconds, it can switched off. When I press the home button or the sleeping mode button, the logo of apple appear again. Nothing more thereafter.

I have try to linkup with itunes. However, my computer cannot get the device.

How can I restart my iPad, thanks

Plug it in to your computer and open iTunes. Hold down both the home button and sleep/wake button.

If that does not work then do the same process but as soon as the Apple logo appears, let go of the sleep/wake button but continue to hold the home button for about 10 seconds.

Let me know what happens.

If "sirfaba's" help didn't work...

my computer cannot get the device.

It does not work. The logo of apple appear whenever I have press any key or plug in the USB cable.
