Feb 22, 2011 4:43 PM in response to DEVO-UKby abg0201,I had the same requirements, to control keyboards that didn't have a footswitch socket. I bought the line 6 fbv which has 4 switches and a rocker pedal and is controlled by USB. I've been pleased with it. Hope it helps. Andy. -

Apr 6, 2011 1:10 AM in response to Thomjinxby CCTM,Hi
NI's Rig Kontrol 3 can be configured to act as a MIDI controller (and has a stereo audio interface built-in). Built like a tank!
It also offers bi-directional communication, such that the switch LED's can be set to reflect the current situation in Mainstage.
