turn off automatic music in slideshow

Can anyone tell me how to turn off the automatic start up of music when I launch a slideshow? The music begins automatically when I press "play" for the slideshow. I don't want music with my slideshows and hitting the mute button is not a solution there must be another way.
Thankyou

Move your cursor over the bottom of the slideshow as it's playing and the tool bar will appear:

Clicking on the Music button will bring up the music options where you can set NO music to be played. If you save the settings then they will apply to that album or event that you started the slideshow from.

If you start a slideshow from a different album or event you'll have to repeat the steps above.

How are you making your slideshow?

If you go Create -> Slideshow then you will get the Music, Themes and Settings button

If you're in an Album or Event and simply press the Play button at the bottom of the window, a smaller window pops up. It shows you the various Templates to choose from. At the top of that window there are three tabs: Themes, Music and Settings
