Fragger not working with Game Center, NEED HELP!

I previously had an ipod touch 1st gen and had this game, the full version. I recently got an iphone and put my apps onto the phone, and everything worked fine. But for some reason this game wont work with game center.

The game does not appear in game center and also when i click in scores on the main menu there is no icon for game center (as someone previously told me thats where it should be). there is no indication any where in the game menu for game center.

i erased the app and re-installed it though the app store on the phone, i have the newest update and everything and still wont come up on either the game or in game center. ive been trying to find an asnwer for this for some time now and its becoming frustrating
