Getting copy of Zinio mags from my PC to Ipad

The iPad does not support USB in the way you are referring to.

You can however transfer content from your PC to your iPad.

You can copy content definted at that link. Not sure if magazines will work.

However, you once you have the iPad you can download and install the Zinio app for iPad. http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/zinio-magazine-newsstand-reader/id364297166?mt=8

With the app you might be able to copy the magazine files to your iPad using iTunes. Then the Zinio app may be able to read the format.

When I installed the zinio app from the app store on my iPad, all I did was sign in to my zinio account and all the magazines I had ever downloaded to my pc were available to download to my iPad. I then downloaded the ones I wanted to view.

Hi! Zinio built, what they call a UNITY platform. This means no matter where you buy Zinio magazines, whenever you get a new device, like an iPad, iPhone or even iPod Touch, all you need to do is download the free zinio app and sign in with the same id you use on your pc and all of your magazine will be in the "library" waiting for you- for free. There is no need to tranfer anything.

Also- anything you buy on your iPad, iPhone or iPodtouch through zinio will be availible on your PC, Mac, or other devices that run Zinio too.
