iphone for use with landline

Are there any ways to link your iphone to land lines? Saw something comming out called ifusion, but seems impractical for home use with a wired handset where you could also have multiple handsets. Seems hard to believe that there isn't something to enable it's intigration into home line usage.

Would greatly appreciate any comments as to if and how this can be done.

Thank you,
Chris

Try using Google Voice. You get a local phone number from them and you can connect all your phones to it, so if someone calls the Google number, your cellphone AND home phone will ring. It works nice, because you have a phone number for life. If you get a new cell number, you just change it in the control panel.
