I login to the app store using my apple ID & password with no issue. I select the facetime app for Mac to download ($.99). I am prompted for my password again which is successful I check the box for terms and conditions and then select the billing info.
Then the problem occurs --- nothing occurs. No failure no notification of issues or problems. The screen returns back to the app store but no download has occurred. My account does not show I downloaded anything and my system does not have the app loaded.
Anyone have an idea of what I am doing wrong or is this a problem with the store?
I had the same problem. Go to Store---View My Account and then click edit on your billing information. You may need to retype in your credit card security code. It was blank on mine and after I typed it in I was able to download the app.
