My iphone came with wrong accesories !!!

Hi everyone I have a BRAND NEW iPhone 4 that I ordered. It says that it brings earphones with a mic and volume buttons,a usb cable, etc.... right ? But when I opened the box it came with earphones with mic but NO VOLUME BUTTONS

Can I call apple or do I need to go to a apple store please any help would be appreciated !!

Hi theundefeted123: Do the earphones look like the ones shown in the link below? If so, the mic, remote, and volume control are all together.

No did they not they came with the ones below

Hi theundefeted123: Very strange indeed. I have numerous iPod, iPhone earphones, and I have never seen a set that have a microphone with no remote. Did you order from the Online Apple store? Is there an Apple store nearby? If so, it may be best to take the entire package to the store and have the earphones exchanged.

Ys I know that it is very strange but no I ordered my iphone online via the att website, and the closest apple store is around 1 hour and 30 minutes away !!
