LaserWriter Select 360 Odd Printing?

My select 360 is finally printing great, but the last couple things I printed turned out rather weird. On the front where it prints, the top of the page is barely readable, and the bottom is as dark as it should be. I'm guessing this could just be that the toner is running out?

Also, on the very last thing I printed, the back of the paper had lines of blotched toner that got on my fingers, so it wasn't printed on it, but it had lines down the page in toner, and I didn't know what would cause this. It only happened the last print I made, and I didn't print again to see if it was continual.
