I'm having trouble accessing my itunes store. It will flash the normal screen, but then turn white and the search won't work. Anyone have this same issues, or know of a fix?
I have had the same issue for the last week. Also, since the frame is still visible but the screen content disappears, I tried using the search box - same results...search pops up for a second, then goes blank. I ran the account diagnostics & it found no problems with my computer or the store.
Strength in numbers...mine doesn't work either. I updated to no avail. There has to be a solution. It's moved from a minor inconvenience to major annoyance.
Same issue here. The only thing I can think of that changed recently is that I updated with the latest Flash. Anyone else do the same? Could it be some incompatibility with the latest version?
I am having the same issues; has no one answered this yet? It seems that people who have updated AND people who haven't are both having the problem. I'm not real computer literate; so i hope it's an easy fix. Itunes is missing out on me buying lots of music; someone please help! 🙂
Yep,the exact same thing is happeneing to me now..it is extremely frustrating..main screen pops up for a fraction of a second then disappears leaving a blank white screen..cmon apple fix this problem now please,i have store credit to spend and need new music on my pod... hurry the **** up !! it,s been like this for a few weeks now ....
I am so glad that I'm not the only one having this problem! I thought I was the only person who's iTunes was broken. There is this song that I've been wanting to buy for a week now or so! The other night I was PRAYING for my iTunes to work again, and when it vansished, I seriously burst into tears.
Does ANYBODY have any clue how to fix this? Anything helpful at all? Or do you think that this has been a problem for a while and Apple is simply not taking it into conderation that hundreds, possibly even THOASANDS,of iTunes customers are not being able to buy the songs that they enjoy?
