Audio problems with QT and PLexx

Everything has worked perfectly until yesterday when none of my videos would play the audio. I just got a chirping sound from Plex, QT and Divx.

I have Perian, Flip4mac and these files have worked perfectly until yesterday. I can even stream them with perfect results using Plex. I just cannot play them on my mini mac. All software is up to date.
