External monitor help

Hi everyone! I just bought the LG monitor tv M227WDP-PC and connected it to my macbookpro via dvi to hdmi cable. My mbp recognizes it but eventhough i tried every resolution possible i cannot find one that works properly... The quality of the image is not good.. I can see the font pixels.. Even in the 1080p or 1600x900 resolution.

I been trying to find the solution but with no luck! Any ideas?

Try DVI to DVI input on the monitor. Often times an HDMI input is assumed to be for TV and a lot of extra processing is applied in the TV/monitor that really messes up computer text.

Hi!! Thanks a lot for your answer! But i dont really undesrtand what u mean because the monitor doesnt have Dvi input so i dont know how to Try DVI to DVI input on the monitor... Can u clear that out for me?

Because it says in the Input/Output section under the Specification tab that it has a DVI-D input.
