Word Count in Pages '08
How to you get the word count on pages '08?
iMac, Mac OS X (10.5.6), Bought brand-new from the Apple store in July 2008.
By upgrading to Pages '09.

You can get the word count if you open the Inspector palette > Document tab > Info button.
What Peter is saying is if you want to see the word count on the actual page you have to get Pages 09.
