When I am trying to make an in app purchase, I keep getting a message, "Please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction." It doesn't happen all the time, but when it happens, I'm not sure who to actually talk with! When I try to find the support area in iTunes I have no luck. Can someone help?!?

    Hi,

    Launch iTunes. From the menu bar at the top of the window click Store / View My Account. Click *Edit Payment Information*

    Make sure your Security code for your credit card is available. Then click Done.

    Now click Store / Sign Out.

    Try the app store now. If that didn't help, with iTunes open, from the menu bar click iTunes / Preferences then select the Advanced tab.

    Click: Reset warnings and reset cache.

    Quit iTunes then relaunch iTunes and try the app store.

    I'm here for the same issue and it starting to happen more and more it becoming a real pain! But beside my credit card being good. I have a few hundred dollars in itunes cards credit.

    I am there too can't seem to find an answer anywhere. I tried the above to no avail either. This all stinks!!!!
