Virtual Keyboard Disappears

Has anyone else had this problem? When typing, the virtual keyboard frequently disappears. We have an InvisiShield screen protector on the iPad. We've made sure our fingers aren't touching the "make it go away" button. The keyboard seems to disappear more frequently while using an online e-mail service. Any thoughts?

Hi,

Try restarting your iPad when that happens. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider to turn off iPad. To turn iPad back on, press and hold the Sleep/Wake until the Apple logo appears.

If you continue to have problems, don't use the screen protector for several days. See if you still have problems with the keyboard disappearing.
