Remove Red Underling from text in Pages

Ok, how in the heck can I remove the dumb red underlining that is defacing the appearance of my document.?
I know that it is supposed to be a spell check alert, but I am writing with euphemisms that are local and not in the data base. So I don't need this type of forced red underlining.
It is nothing but a problem.
When I saved the Page Document, IT also saved the red underlining. Shoot I don't want that!
This is quite annoying, as I have to send this document right away and I don't want this horrible red underlining in the finished product.
How can I remove this? Anyone?
Thanks

Edit (menu) > Spelling > Check Spelling as you type

The menu item is a toggle. If the item is checked, choosing it will turn the feature off; if it's not checked, choosing the menu item will turn it on. You want it off.

There is an other workaround : teach the spell checker your own spellings.
It would no longer flag them with red underlining.
It may be efficient to flag typos.

You may also check if your local dialect is known by libreOffice, openOffice or neoOffice.

If it is, there is a way to install this dictionary and ask the mac to use it.
