My phone sends an SMS unknown.....

Hi Guys!
Help, my phone sends an SMS to number 8 10 447786205094 (this is international SMS). In what may be the problem?

iPhone 4, iOS 4, None

The message being sent is for activation of FaceTime. If your service provider supports iPhones then you should not be charged for this message.
