I'm trying to find a template for a log of my workouts at a gym. The template could be for Pages, Numbers, Appleworks, Word, or Excel. I use equipment at Gold's gym, but the only template they have available is a photocopy that must be filled in by hand. I want something that I can fill in and update as necessary on my computer. A Google search has not been productive - too many unrelated results. Thanks.

Shouldn't be too difficult to construct one, possibly working from the printed model.

Think of each row on a table as one session (or one activity during one session), and each column as a piece of data (eg. mass, reps) you want to record for that activity.

Draw it out on paper, then set up a spreadsheet table to match the drawing.

When you run into a roadblock, post a question here.

Thanks. I understand how to construct one myself, but am looking for a pre-made template that I can simply download. This would save me a lot of time re-inventing the wheel . I know that in the "old days" thousands of templates existed for Appleworks and were readily shared, but I do not know how to find them now. Since trainers use such printed templates, I am trying to find one that will work with any of the programs that I mentioned. The trainers with whom I have worked at Golds Gym are highly trained and talented in their job, but do not know where to find what I am looking for. They simply photocopy the blank forms and fill them out by hand.

Put your energy into creating a template of your own. There is a very slim chance that you'll find ine to your liking in the cybespace.

Well, there is the Workout Tracker template that's included with Numbers '09. What modifications would need to be made to that to fit your needs?

Ah, but for the good old days. With the Appleworks/Clarisworks community I could almost always find a template for any purpose that fit my needs .

As I already wrote several times,
in the old times we said *_Apple Works_*.

Now we must say *_I work_*.
