Photo stitch one photo (3 in 1), import in iphoto, imovie don't fount it

I created 1 photo with photo stitch (canon) (3 in1) and import in iphoto, that all ok.
I open imovie and I don't find new photo.
there isn't this problem whit imovie 10.
what is the problem?
