iPhone touch screen not responding!

My iPhone unlock scroll button will not slide when the weather is cold or when it is in a cold surrounding. It starts to respond when it is held near the heater or some hot source. Even in the morning times it does not respond, but when exposed to sun, it starts responding. Please Help!

The hardware simply is too cold to operate in certain conditions.

I don't know what you mean by "cold", but the iPhone, like all electronic devices, has a temperature operating range which if exceeded will cause the device to malfunction. From the iPhone tech specs:

+"Operating temperature: 32° to 95° F+
+(0° to 35° C)"+

Note also that the screen won't respond at all if you are wearing gloves, unless specially designed for the iPhone with capacitive tips.

By cold i mean when the temperature is around 20°C

It should work at that temp. If the usual troubleshooting steps - restart, reset, restore - don't help, there is a hardware failure and you'll need to get it repaired or replaced. (Or move to a warmer climate...)
