iPhone Bluetooth tether to Bluetooth router for a wifi hot spot

Ok I want to use my iPhone as a WiFi hot spot for Internet access for my laptop and my iPad. My laptop and iPad have WiFi capability. So can I Just get a bluetooth WiFi router, pair it to my iPhone for a WiFi hot spot for laptop and iPad?

Even if there were such a thing as a Bluetooth ➔ WiFi router (I've never seen or heard of one), and you have tethering enabled on your phone and cellular plan, I don't believe it would work, depending on the Bluetooth profile supported by the router. The only type of Bluetooth file transfer profile supported by iPhones is a direct tethering connection to the end device. Unless the router appears that way to the phone, it won't work.

If you have an iPhone 4, WiFi hotspot will be supported directly from the phone with the 4.3 update.

Reread the posts. You can't pair or tether the iPhone to iPad with Bluetooth. When the iOS 4.3 update comes out next week, you'll be able to set up a WiFi hotspot on your iPhone 4 and connect it to an iPad with WiFi, not Bluetooth. You will need to have tethering/hotspot enabled on your cellular data plan.

Ok I get it. I already have teathering enabled for $20 extra a month. Will this hotspot be an additional charge?
