If I wait until after March 11th, I wonder if my replacement device will be the ipad2???
The prices on the iPad and iPad2 are identical so why not exchange them evenly???

I do not know who is going to see this but I need to say this. I bought an Apple Ipad on Feb. 4th. Then I saw on TV where you can either get a 100 dollar rebate Or exchange it for the Ipad 2. I went to Fry's and told they are not participating. I then called the Apple customer service and was told that if I did not purchase the Ipad on-line than I am not eligible for anything. I told them that this information is not stated anywhere on their web-site. They pretty much said that I was out of luck and that I am not eligible for anything because I did not buy it from the Web-site. So bottom line is if you bought and Ipad in the time period that Steve Job stated you are not eligible unless you bought it from the web-site. How is that for great customer service. Have to love Apple.
Thanks for NOTHING
I'm taking my iPad this week to have it checked out BEFORE the iPad2 rush.
