Question

my computer wont recognize my iphone

when i plug my iphone into my computer i get an error message saying that my computer cant recognize the iphone and it wants me to restore it to the original settings which i have done numerous times but still get the same same error message everytime i plug it in. i have tried reinstalling itunes and it still didnt work

dell, Windows 7

Try disabling anti virus software and turning off the Firewall.

i tried disabling the firewall and anti virus and still didnt help.i recently had my phone warrantied out because of this issue and even with the new phone im not having any luck.i even tried hooking it up to my fiances computer but its still saying it cant read the contents.im really getting frustrated because this is the first iphone i have owned and have had nothing but problems with it from day 1i just dnt noe where to go from here
