MBP 13 i7-2620m vs i5-2410M

I currently have the 2.3ghz MBP 13 and was wondering if the speed difference is really that noticeable between the i5 and and i7 processors to be worth the extra 300 bucks?

I also agonized over the decision for a few days. Everything I read said that there is no real noticeable difference between the two processors. Cnet said that the i5 was the better value proposition. You might be better off using the extra $300 to buy extra RAM and a bigger hard drive (both user-replicable) .

That being said, I ended up buying the i7 because I work with a lot of video and a few seconds on transcoding video adds up here and there.
