I've used APC, but can also recommend Tripp-Lite. Tripp-Lite makes very solid, well supported power devices. I have no experience with CyberPower so I can't comment on them.
Regards.

I use both APC and CyberPower UPS on our systems here. My newest Mac a Mac Pro is connected to a CyberPower CP1500AVRLCD, while the newest iMac is using a CyberPower CP825AVRLCD.
Our server uses an older APC BR 1500.
At one time we used all APC, but are now looking first at CyberPower for both cost and battery life. What I mean by battery life is how long you can go before you need to replace the battery within the UPS. We seem to be getting longer battery life out of the CyberPower UPS then the APC. And of course saving a little cost is good to!
