ITunes Up-Date

I down-Loaded an up-date for ITunes and it gave a Message that the System/Library/Extension/CDSD Audio Capture Support.Kext ; is not properly installed and to contact the Manufacture. What does this mean and what do I do. So far I can't synchronize my IPhone and it to be backed-up on my Laptop ( Snow Leopard)

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.6)

Wrong forum. You need to be in one of the sub forums in the iTunes area. Which one depends on your specific system and issue.

Most likely you have an incompatible copy of Roxio's Spin Doctor on your system and need to update or remove it. If you elect to update, install the latest version of Spin Doctor, then launch the application and select “Install Audio Capture Support” from the CD Spin Doctor menu. This updates the kext file to a version that is compatible with Snow Leopard.
