3 beeps when started + sometimes kernel panic has occured. Need new RAM?

Hi Everyone! (its my first post and im not an expert so bare with me)
My computer is a 5,1 and runs Mac OS 10.5.8, and is two years and three months old.

It recently did this where the screen mixes up all the windows, i can move the mouse but i cant do anything else. Its done this like five times now (over two weeks:( ). Ive tried letting it be, sometimes after ten minutes the screen clears up, but sometime i have to turn it off on the power button.
Another problem: Sometimes while browsing or installing updates, cernel panic occurs.
When i turn it on after one of these two problems, it beeps three times (which means "no good memory banks"?). I turn it off again, and turn it on a little later. Sometimes it starts, and sometimes it just show the apple logo and blue screen, and once it keps re-starting. I have had to reinstall Mac OS about four times over the last two months.
When i've updated it, it won't update the software, i've repaired permissions from the installment cd, and then it updates some of the software, says there was an error, but when i start the computer it has been installed. I have also checked the Disk with the disktool and nothing is wrong with it.

I thought something is probably wrong with the hardware, maybe RAM? So a ran this hardware test - Rember, and it came up with this report:

Running tests on full 825MB region...
Stuck Address : setting 1 of 16 ok
Linear PRN : setting 1 of 16Running comparison tests using 412MB buffers...
Random Value :

FAILURE! Data mismatch at local address 0x00000001334143c8
Expected Data: 0x08090546a792b728, Actual Data: 0x18090546a792b728

And i cant seem to get any logic message from this.

It should also be mentioned that my Mac no longer can run with many browsers without shutting down Safari. This was no problem half a year ago,

I really hope someone can tell me something.
Have a great day
// Celine

ps. there seems to be many problems with this model, especially the three beeps?
